Introducing our brand new Cardio HIIT workout - the perfect combo of cardio and high-intensity interval training. Get ready to blast away calories while having a blast with Theresa who will guide you through a series of intense exercises designed to tone your muscles, boost your endurance and leave you feeling pumped and energized. This class incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity active recovery movements.
CARDIO MEGA MIX
This class is a high energy, all cardio workout that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! You will experience various styles of cardio such as hi-lo, kickboxing, dance and athletic drills. All fitness levels.

This class will keep you on your toes. This class combines cardio kickboxing, bag training and strength training to give you a total body workout. MAT PILATES
This non-impact class involves a series of over 100 exercises using your own body weight for resistance. These exercises assist in improving overall strength, flexibility, and are integral part of developing a long and lean Pilates body! (All Levels).
SHRED
Shred is a full body interval training workout consisting of 4 blocks of 30 second intervals, each containing 3 toning moves, 2 cardio moves and 2 core moves (active recovery). You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.
SENIOR FITNESS
This class is specially designed for our wise and wonderful senior community! This thoughtfully tailored session is all about enhancing your quality of life through a balanced blend of cardio, strength training, balance exercises, and functional movements that mirror everyday activities.
