GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ABC'S: ARMS, BUTT & CORE
This class will creatively focus on exercises pertaining to your arms, butt and core. You will rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength. This is a great compliment to what you do for cardio outside of class. All-Levels.
BARRE
In our Barre classes you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on toning the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. This low-impact workout focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility. After working each muscle group to the point of fatigue, muscles are stretched for relief to create long, lean, supple muscles without bulk! This class takes place in the Small Group Training Room. All levels.
BODY SCULPT
A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, ending with abs. All-Levels.
BOOTCAMP
Need an extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing - each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training! (Intermediate to Advanced)
CARDIO MEGA MIX
This class is a high energy, all cardio workout that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! You will experience various styles of cardio such as hi-lo, kickboxing, dance and athletic drills. All fitness levels.
CHISEL & BURN
This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All fitness levels.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.
CROSSFIRE
Crossfire is a metabolism boosting workout utilizing multiple joint movements and full body exercises performed at a high intensity. Metabolic style training is FUN! The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and it forces you to use your whole body as a unit. It incorporates super effective strength moves that build firm and lean muscle which is key to building a robust metabolism. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up!
KARDIO KNOCKOUT
No bags, no gloves, just a killer workout! Cardio Combat is a dynamic and explosive class that incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. This class will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. This intense cardio kickboxing class will leave you sweating, pumped and ready to take on the world!
KETTLEBELL
Are you interested in burning fat, building muscle, increasing strength and stamina? Then this workout is for you. Using a weight consisting of cast iron looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle, kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance. Challenging and efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment. (Intermediate - Advanced)
KICKBOXING
This class will keep you on your toes. This class combines cardio kickboxing, bag training and strength training to give you a total body workout. This high energy class will push you to reach new levels of fitness training. Challenge yourself to train your body like you’ve never done before! (Intermediate - Advanced)
PILATES ABSESSION MAT PILATES
This non-impact class, hosted by The Pilates ABsession, involves a series of over 100 exercises using your own body weight for resistance. These exercises assist in improving overall strength, flexibility, and are integral part of developing a long and lean Pilates body! (All Levels). No additional fee.
POWER BARRE
Take your Barre training to the next level with this higher intensity class that will incorporate more cardio and even more challenging moves to give you the toned and lean physique you desire.
RISE & GRIND
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! Takes place in the group fitness room. All levels.
ROCK SOLID
This class incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase you anerobic threshold and build overall strength! Come prepared to have fun, but work hard in this challenging class! (Intermediate)
SMASH HIIT
Ready for a challenge? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) is the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean and ripped look that will make your friends want to know your secret! In Smash H.I.I.T., you will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using resistance like hand weights, body bars and your own body weight. All-Levels.
TOTAL BODY BLAST
This cardio-weight interval class will kickstart your week in the right direction! Boost your metabolism with kickboxing, a little bit of step and grove, plus hit every muscle group using the ball, weights and body bars. Get set for blast-off! All-Levels.
ULTIMATE X-TRAINING
if you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscular endurance then Ultimate X-Training is for you! This class combines TRX suspension training with various other equipment in a circuit format to give you an effective full-body workout. The mix of TRX suspension training and functional movements provides the ultimate workout to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Ultimate X-Training aims to push your limits in this high-intensity, 60-minute experience. All-levels.
ZUMBA
Come join the party! ZUMBA® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Featuring Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, Zumba® is a exercise class that keeps everyone motivated by creating a dance party atmosphere. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
