Billing Information
On March 16th, 2020, we froze all memberships to protect our members when we had to close due to the COVID pandemic.
As of Monday, August 24th 2020 all accounts will be reactivated and billing cycles will be back on regular schedule. (ie: If you were billed on the 1st of the month you'll be billed on the first. If you were billed on the 15th you will be billed on the 15th).
To rectify the balance of your account (the unused 7 days in your billing cycle) we will prorate your next bill date to make up for the lost week. Your billing will revert back to your pre-covid amount in October.
If you wish to refreeze your membership, as always, that is an option for $5 per month up to 3 months.
Any questions please feel free to contact a membership advisor ad membership@sportsetrvc.com or call the club at 516-536-8700.
Because of the unique circumstances, we are experiencing extremely high call and email volume. if you leave a message or an email we will get back to you as soon as possible.

- Member scan-less front desk check-in to minimize exposure to staff and members.
- Installed protective, plexiglass barriers at the front desk.

Operational Policy
- All members must make an appointment (Sportset App How to sign-in) to be placed in a group fitness class, receive one-on-one training, or to come into the club to work out. For example. Even if you simply want to run on the treadmill you will have to go to Sportset’s app, select a time you want to use the treadmill, and book it. Class sizes will be regulated in order to control class capacity, and to meet the social distancing guidelines. It's super easy and convenient, See the video above for more info.
Sanitizing/Health Protocols
- Hand sanitizer locations have been tripled throughout the club, and a stepped-up initiative to make sure members use the hand sanitizes will be implemented.
- Electrostatic Vapor Machines and Back-Pack Sprayers are being used to disinfect the club, the exercise studios and the exercise equipment between classes.
- Ultraviolet Light Sanitizers will be installed in the HVAC ventilation system. This is a germicidal tool that will effectively purify the air we breathe throughout the club.

Spray bottles after the workout session, will be returned to a receptacle at the sanitizing table area to be sanitized, refilled and returned to service.
- Multi-purpose gym mats will no longer be provided in the fitness and group fitness areas. Members will be asked to bring their own mats, or they may purchase one at Sportset.
- The complimentary towel service will be discontinued to prevent cross contamination. However, as a gift, each returning member will receive a new, Sportset-embroided, workout towel.
- PPE merchandise such as: face masks, gloves and towels will be available for sale to staff and club members.
- Members will be required to wear the proper PPE face mask when in the club. The only exception being if they are engaged in high intensity exercise
