Extreme Contact Kickboxing
This class will keep you on your toes. Bring your gloves and handwraps. You will be punching and kicking, making contact with bags. Each class consists of cardio, boxing, kickboxing and stretching to get the results you crave. Starting with a light warm up, the class moves on to basic moves, with a cardio theme. Increasing the intensity, the class moves on to heightening bag work with a strong finish to the cardio portion. Class ends with an abdominal and stretching session.
