Meet Joe Rodriguez
Joe didn't get into fitness because it came easy — he got into it because it saved his life. At 12 years old, he weighed 245 pounds after medications for severe asthma caused rapid weight gain. Instead of accepting that as his story, he rewrote it — losing nearly 100 pounds through dedication and the right guidance. That transformation became his mission: to help others experience the same thing.
Since then, Joe has built a career spanning more than 200 coaches across four companies. He's ISSA certified, and his coaching style is intense, functional, and purpose-driven. DO I NEED TO BE A SPORTSET MEMBER TO TRAIN HERE?
Nope. You don't need a membership to work with one of our personal trainers. That said, many clients find that having full gym access between sessions helps them progress even faster.
how do i know which trainer is right for me?

i'm a complete beginner, is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. In fact, beginners get the most out of personal training because you learn the right way from day one. Our trainers work with all fitness levels, from total newcomers to competitive athletes.
how long are the training sessions?
We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Your trainer will recommend the best option based on your goals and schedule during your initial consultation.
