“As life moves us around I found my way to the Dharma Yoga Center one of the most beautiful days I can recall after having Sri Dharma Mittra, teaching me a total beginner with so much patience and love. That day I left the center with an amazing feeling of my heart being touched with eternal love”!

“I teach as I keep learning from my beloved Guru Dharma Mittra, and Andrei Ram Om, by copying the teachers mentally, physically, and spiritually, I have found the connection to my ancestors and discovered the teacher with-in”.

Deeply established in her personal practice of yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama as well as study of yoga philosophy, Sasha encourages her students to smile and focus on their breath as they move through dynamic and challenging asana sequences.

Life is full of present surprises!!! That is the mindset I embrace in my personal practice. To be aware of all the changes that the practice of yoga can bring.  Forever presenting a challenge, to breathe, move and expand.

As one endeavors themselves into their practice, one begins to feel the change. The pull of your hamstrings, the strengthening of your core, and the flexibility of your mind, body and soul.

It is my personal belief that yoga is my spiritual calling to life. I can only consider myself to be honored and blessed to bring these sacred teachings to light.

Just Breathe!!
